Meet Our Team

Robyn graduated from WITS, South Africa, with a B.S. degree. She taught high school math and biology for many years in South Africa but retired from her teaching career since immigrating to San Diego. Robyn loves being involved with the patients and really enjoys keeping up with their goings-on. She also loves the fact that in multiple families there are three or four generations whom we welcome to our office.

In her free time, Robyn loves cooking, entertaining, exercising, tennis, pickleball and volunteering.

Justina has been working in the dental field for 29 years. She has experience as a registered dental assistant but now enjoys spending her time in the front office. She takes pride in offering exceptional and comprehensive care to each patient and strives for excellence in every aspect. Her friendly, cheerful disposition endears all when they meet her. She loves establishing quality relationships with patients, as well as the dental team here.

A San Diego native, Justina has been married to her husband, Aaron, for 26 years. She loves spending time with her beautiful family.

Eva has worked as a dental assistant and now dedicates her role to taking care of details, collaborating and building excellent relationships with our patients and taking care of all administrative needs. Her empathetic nature allows her to provide personalized care and education on dental health.

Outside of work, Eva enjoys spending time with her family, engaging in activities that create lasting memories, indulging in her scrapbooking hobby and walking.

She is married with two young daughters.

Estela Flores is a highly experienced and dedicated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with over 35 years of valuable contribution to our dental office. Estela is an integral part of our team, treating both patients and colleagues as her extended family.

Estela’s partnership with Dr. Derek Lichter has allowed her to deepen her knowledge and skills in dental procedures, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients. However, it is her genuine compassion and understanding of patients’ fears, concerns and dental needs that truly sets her apart.

She actively participates in continuing education courses, embracing new procedures and treatments. By staying up to date with innovative technology, Estela helps our practice provide comprehensive care that exceeds patient expectations.

Thanks to Estela’s expertise and unwavering commitment, our practice consistently achieves excellence in all aspects. Her genuine care and passion for dentistry make an impression on everyone she meets.

Claudia is a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with an impressive 19 years of experience in the dental field. She understands the importance of oral health and goes above and beyond to ensure that her patients feel calm and comfortable during their treatments. Claudia has a special talent for easing the nerves of even the most anxious patients, often going the extra mile to pamper them with blankets and create a soothing environment.

She has diverse training in the dental field and has a bachelor’s degree in health information management. Her expertise in facilitating treatment delivery and optimizing production flow ensures that patients receive timely and efficient care.

Outside of work, Claudia enjoys various hobbies such as going to the gym, cycling, embroidering and sketching. She also finds relaxation in watching movies and indulging in Netflix series. Ending the week with friends is what she looks forward to the most.

Xochitl has had the position as an RDH at Dr. Derek Lichter’s office for the past 15 years. She graduated from the Southwestern College dental hygiene program with an Associate of Science degree in 2005.

For Xochitl, the best part of being a member of our practice is the professionalism and comfort we offer in patient care. The office makes patients and office personnel feel like part of a family. What Xochitl enjoys most as a dental professional is helping patients pursue a good feeling about themselves by educating them about good oral health. She is a great asset to our practice through her strengths as a caring person and by having experienced clinical skills. Xochitl’s goals include being involved in community service by volunteering with oral health education, becoming a better human being overall and continuing to help the success of our practice.

Xochitl’s family includes her husband, Mario, and her daughter, Natalia. She enjoys spending time with Natalia in New York City watching her participate in her College Dance Team.

Stephanie is an Arizona native and has lived in San Diego for more than a decade. After 17 years as an escrow officer, she decided to make a career change, fulfilling a dream of a career in service to others. Stephanie received her dental hygiene degree from Southwestern College and for many years has been happily enjoying this career change. It is rewarding for her to know that she is part of a team that helps people smile again.

Stephanie’s calm, caring and professional demeanor brings confidence and comfort to our patients.

Stephanie has two daughters, one son and four grandchildren. She loves spending her free time with family and enjoys going camping.
